SANAA, 15 Nov — The defense ministry website, 26-September Sunday said military units recaptured territory from the Zaydi Shiite rebels in Sadaa while warplanes struck rebels positions in Harf Sufian amid reports of troops reinforcement moving from Sanaa to combat zone in north Yemen.  Saudi TV reported that Saudi special forces units are continuing mop-up operations in the region of mount al-Dukhan along the border with Yemen, and added a number of Shiite rebels were captured.  Meanwhile, the rebels Sunday repeated claims of Saudi shelling of Yemeni villages but the Yemeni government denied that Saudi jets attacked targets inside its territories, describing such rebel claims as fabricated, false and baseless.  The rebels also claimed they had launched an attack Sunday on a Saudi military base in Jizan to “avenge the deaths of civilians killed in the artillery and air strikes.”  “After more than eight days from the start of Saudi artillery attacks and air strikes on civilians in Yemeni territory, today we attacked Ain Al-Harra military base with Katyusha rockets and fires were seen in that base,” the rebels said in a statement, adding “the Saudi regime should review its belligerent position towards the Yemeni people who refuse injustice.”
